Terms of service

    General Information• I work through Discord. Add and contact me there for a slot: evalare• The commissioned artwork is for personal use only. The client is not allowed to claim said artwork as their own or use it for commercial profit.• The commissioned artwork can not be used for anything AI or NFTs.• The commissioned artwork may be posted online as long as the artist (me) is credited.• The commissioned artwork’s signature/watermark can not be removed or edited out.• The commissioned artwork may not be edited unless consent has been given by the artist (me).• If you wish to order a NSFW commission (containing nudity, explicit or otherwise seen as adult content) you need to be at least 18 years of age. By ordering such a commission you declare to be of legal age.• I reserve the right to decline any customer or any order.• The product is a digital file and does not require shipping.• I reserve the right to post or use said artwork on any platform.• I reserve the right to stream the creation of an ordered commission.

    Payment, cancellation & refunds• My prices include Paypal taxes and fees. You do not have to add to them.• I take payment via Paypal (invoice) only.• I accept payment in Euro (€) only.• Before sending an invoice I will double check the price, as well as the email address I'll be sending the invoice to, for the sake of security.• I take sketch commission payments upfront. Once I receive payment I will begin working on the piece.• Any major changes, such as character swaps or pose changes, aren't available once the payment has been received.• If you, the client, inform me you're not satisfied with the sketch upon delivery, I will do my best to rectify that. I will not, however, refund payment or create a new/different piece in its stead.• Cancellation must be done prior to payment. Any cancellation after payment is non-refundable.• Cancellation forfeits the position in queue to the next and opens a slot for another customer.• A full refund will be given if the artist cancels the commission.

    Good to know before commissioning me:• When commissioning me please provide me with:
<sub>- A written description of your character's appearance
- Reference pictures (poses, clothes, hairstyle etc...)
- The email address which I can send the invoice to (same as your Paypal email).</sub>• Additional characters or different versions of the same piece cost extra.• Each commission is worked on in a "first come, first served" basis.• Due to the nature of the commission (sketch), all details won't be as clear as they could be; however, if I forget to add an important detail please inform me and I will add it in without an extra cost!

I reserve the right to decline any commission/client that may make me feel uncomfortable!
