The commissioned artwork is for personal use only. The client is not allowed to claim said artwork as their own or use it for commercial profit.

The commissioned artwork can not be used for anything AI or NFTs.

The commissioned artwork may be posted online as long as the artist (me) is credited.

The commissioned artwork’s signature/watermark can not be removed or edited out.

The commissioned artwork may not be edited unless consent has been given by the artist (me).

If you wish to order a NSFW commission (containing nudity, explicit or otherwise seen as adult content) you need to be at least 18 years of age. By ordering such a commission you declare to be of legal age.

I reserve the right to decline any customer or any order.

The product is a digital file and does not require shipping.

I reserve the right to post or use said artwork on any platform.

I reserve the right to stream the creation of an ordered commission.

When commissioning me; provide me with a written description (in English) of your character’s appearance, as well as include reference pictures (poses, clothes, hairstyle etc.).

My prices are estimates, and if you require highly detailed and complicated clothes/armor/weapons the price will go up. This will be further discussed with you, the client.

Additional characters cost extra. (Ie. 2 full body characters cost twice the amount of 1 full body character commission.)

If you have a deadline, or want to jump the queue it will cost you an extra fee of +30% of the full price. I reserve the right to decline such request. Said request must be made as you, the client, order your piece.

Once the sketch has been provided and the payment has been initiated (see below for more details) I will provide you with work in progress pictures as I go along. During this process you may ask upto three minor changes (addition or change of jewelry such as earrings or rings, change in the colour of hair/weapons/clothes etc. I will not, however, change poses, perspectives or create additional pieces with or without pieces of armor, hairstyles or weapons).

Once I have finished your order, I will send it to you after the final payment (if you, the client, decided to pay 50/50 (see below)).

If I have forgotten a detail described in your first written description and/or provided reference picture(s) please inform me and I will add it in without any extra cost! I may also change the colour of your character’s hair, clothing or weapon if it is not to your liking. However, I will not add any more details, no matter how minor or major, after this point.

My prices include Paypal taxes and fees. You do not have to add to them.

I take payment via Paypal (invoice) only.

I accept payment in Euro (€) only.

Before sending an invoice I will double check the full price as well as your email address with you for the sake of security.

I will ask for your Paypal email address prior to delivering the sketch piece, and once I have received payment I will deliver the sketch. After this I will continue on the order.

I take payments either 50/50 (first half prior to delivering the sketch and second half before I deliver the finished product) or upfront. This is upto the customer to decide.

If you, the client, want the sketch before payment I will send you one with text on top of it.

If the client wants to cancel a commission and I have already done the sketch and/or began further work on said piece (no matter how minor or major), the initial deposit (50% of full price) is forfeit and not refundable.

Any cancellation done prior to sketch approval will NOT cost you, the client, anything.

A full refund will be given if the artist cancels the commission.
